Beamscope Canada Inc. - Ironside Closes $26.7 million U.S. in New
Financing Round

Toronto, Ontario --

Ironside Technologies Inc., of which Beamscope currently holds a
15.26% interest, today announced that it has closed a private
financing round, totalling $26.7 million U.S.

This private financing, Ironside's fourth round of funding, was
comprised of $20 million U.S. from a group of Canada's largest
institutional investors, as well as $6.7 million U.S. from a
group of existing U.S. and Canadian Ironside shareholders.
Beamscope invested $1 million U.S. as part of the current
investor group, bringing its total investment in Ironside to
$6.15 million U.S. Prior to the financing, Beamscope's ownership
stake was 16.44%.
