OT Pasha, I plan to hold it until there is more of a nasdaq rebound. I plan to sell it before the end of April unless SCMR jumps another 40 points in a week.... I need to familiarize myself with the terms of the secondary since prior to that event, the lock-up was to end on or about 4/23. tp
