Two nights ago I called the biotech bottom. Since then selective biotechs have rallied, with the index breaking out today. First, it started with the "blue chips" and genome stocks, then the mid caps, today the small caps shook out (SCLN, CEGE, etc). Also include IMCL as capitulating today.

Picked up more IMCL at 87 and SCLN at 12 today. Gotta play these stocks like the institutions. Every major dip in these stocks - especially IMCL - has been met with major buying; @120, 115, 100, and 84.

Today was the first "strong" close as we ended up 16 pts from the lows after bouncing off the 50 day MA.

Baldy, nobody can pick the top or bottom. Just buy when a stock is low and sell when it goes high and you'll make money. Trust me, not too many understand this simple concept. Buy low, sell high.
