Ron, I'm not a PnF expert but looked at the FLC chart: it
is on a sell signal [because the most recent low is lower
than the previous low]. A buy signal would be given if it
reaches 18.5 intraday [it would have exceeded the previous high then]. The sector is 'bull confirmed'.

Hi Ron, I'm no expert either, in fact I'm trying to learn this stuff myself. It looks like the FLC chart show that at 18.50 it will break resistance and become a double top breakout,, a buy signal at that point. If I owned it I'd probably hold until I saw some sign of reversal, if I was thinking about buying, I'd wait until it printed 18.50 ...course like I said I'm still trying to learn.
