sorry for my late response but I wasn't active on SI for a couple of weeks. No problem - the problem for SCCI is to get the audit done. It's a PINK SHEET stock now they are not totally delisted. Look to www.stockmaster.com or www.quicken.com and enter SCCI. You will find them there.

Once you have the audit you can apply for relisting. I recently followed a company that did exactly that. Dynasil : DYSL, they make optical components, mostly of fused silica. High risk of course but I bought a bundle near $1.75. Market is highly illiquide. As always in such marginal issues.
