Monty, I do not expect the "accepted" peak until just before election, but many stock will peak before. I just do not see a down to earth bear market in an election year, one which is characterized by excess liquidity not only domestically, but from external sources as well.

We'll pay the piper, and as usual, the first year of a new Presidency is the best choice.

Monty I can reassure you that you will pay for the present mania, more than any one else.

Remember the S&L debacle? Who paid for it? Well not the speculators they retained all the spoils of the loot and we paid the bills.
