I take exception to that. I've left the exposing of Tern to others on this board and have even warned as you just did against it Message 12944930. I was merely stating that in my view Tern doesn't belong in a top 20 broadband group of companies, but, thats JMO. DB

A plus for Tern being in this HOLDRs stock is the money flow from ML it will get once its available. If you believe CMTO follows Tern this should be a plus for CMTO. DB
