Tom, Absolutely true. On Tuesday I exited my most of my tech stock positions on the rally and bought WFC and S. I figured that the upside potential was significantly greater than the downside risk. I think though that it is important to use caution especially in the naz stocks, until the indicators give the all clear. Even with the huge day on the NYSE, the HILO lost 3% or so... Personally, I think I will wait for the elections in Taiwan and the FOMC to come out next week before getting too aggressive with my long positions. Look forward to seeing you on CNBC tomorrow. T
