Caa3 bond cannot pay the bills, let's increase the share by 3x to make up for it and say we are investing when we can't even manage our own business. Big time short candidate here.

Kelvin, Caa3 are below "junk bonds",very high risk and if a company has to dilute the equity beyond crap level with another issue (My God). They are saying I cannot get a loan, will the hype in "new economy" paradigm bail me out.

AMZN

many of us call this one AMZNQ

in reality, AMZN is the "leader", so may make it
but there are 100's of nets that will fail in the next few years

take a look at PPOD to see what is, repeat IS, going to happen to at least 75%+++ of the wonderful net stocks over time

in the "real" world
50% of all new businesses fail in the first 2 years
80% fail by year 5

my bet is that in the "net" world the rate will be higher

but a lot of insiders will get rich before that happens
so they will not care

and traders can make solid profits during a small part of the stocks life
and longer if they short at the right time
