I don't think that's much of a problem. First, Incyte's customers live and die by IPR. They test interpretations, but outright lying would be dangerous as well as unethical. All biolabs are required to keep detailed logs. The FDA would get very upset if it transpired they had been fiddled. Access to databanks leave traces, and computers have long memories. Also, if a company can be trusted, then it can't trust it's employees, and that will keep itstraight.
