stephen, i don't care about the reasons, the fact is that the bears couldn't take out the trendline on bad news, thats bullish.

bull markets go to the abyss and rocket out, time and again, bear markets go to the point of breakout and fail time and again.

at some point the trend changes, but most people will be on the wrong side at that time.

and the people that are able to catch that major trend change are the few and the lucky, that's why i don't stay too tied too my bearish views, if i see evidence otherwise.

Stephen, this is a bit o classic technical analysis that should scare the bears sH*tless.

a massive inverted H&S pattern with the head in the asian crisis with bears on the cover of magazines everywhere,

a break out on a gap and now a double back up to retest the breakout and a couple of breakaway white candles.
