Been under the weather..also on a cruse.
"March 7 USA today articles states foreign
captial rose 2.2% to 11.6 billion last year.
Captial is seen to rise again this year as wall street credit agenices consider elevating Mexican government securites to investment grade status. the move would clear the way for many institutional investors and some pension funds to invest in mexico.Moody's investors service says it will make a decision on Mexicos investment strength by early may. But standard and poors says it will defer a review of Mexico's financial status
until the outcome of Mexican presidential
elections in July.
U.S. and canadian investors account for 67% of
direct foreign investment in this country,
however European investment is expected to post
"remarkable initial growth" after Mexico and the European union complete a free-trade pact
this spring."
May be some of this monies will get to GTR.......Regards
