DD: bought WAST 2 days ago on the rise via ETRADE. Ask @ .305 real time. Filled @ .40 38 minutes later. Meanwhile (I got Time & Sales & MM position reports from OTC)... no trades for 7 minutes during that period (ask @ .32), + MM sells at lower than ask. I got'em where I want'em & will squeeze this inquiry. Too many resources available to the pro-active investor to get away with this BS any more. Happy trading. JB
