Thanks. I really don't want to get into a constitutional debate on this thread. I don't have the time for it and others don't have the time to read it. I will say that both the right and the left are, IMHO, equally bad. The left wants to expand government power by creating a dependent welfare state and the right wants to expand government power by creating a police state.

My views are mainly libertarian, but I do disagree with some aspects of the Libertarian Party, too. One of these is that the Libertarians believe that the borders should be open for all. I believe that citizens of a country should be able to come and go as they please but that a country has the power to control the entry of non-citizens.
