Bubba is really going to India for sightseeing if you want to know. Other than that opening up the Indian market for American goods may be on the agenda in case India turns out to be a good 'market' or better 'market' than the commies next door-if not now but sometime in the immediate future. Getting some 'cheap techies' educated at the Indian tax payers expense to fill 'Silly-Con' valley jobs looks good too but only if the techie manpower shortage continues in the U.S. All this talk about 'opening a new chapter', concern about nuclear proliferation,'mediation' in the Kashmir (The Indians don't want any outside mediations) issue etc are nothing more than 'sound-bites' which looks good on paper. 216.32.165.70
