OK first off, we are gonna open lower. Right now the island's got us at $16 3/4 and DLJ before hours trading
BID is $15. FINE WITH ME CAUSE I'LL SCOOP UP MORE SHARES AS IT DROPS.

The suit only targets one of many GSLI product lines. It is a US patent that is the issue. WORST CASE IS THAT ESIO GETS AN INJUNCTION AND GSLI CANT SELL IN US ONLY. MOST OF THE MARKET IS IN ASIA SO NO BIG DEAL. I will try and find out more about how big an impact this GS-600 line has on forward
revenues.

These suits are not great for stocks, they drag on for months and years. ESIO's goal is to scare customers away
from GSLI drillers. It will only work in the US.

ESIO may be surprised because GSLI has been feverishely patenting. ESIO will wake up soon to find several counter suits and then it will back off.

Long term this is not a big deal. Hang in there longs.
