<COMPLICATIONS CAUSED BY NAME CHANGE> Same with Green Line (shit). Talk with someone for over an hour yesterday night and he couldn't tell me when ITE name will be on my portfolio! As you know impossible to sell a small part trough WebBroken <ggg> Must be trough the telephone ( an hour waiting time ) The only consolation is that ITE is a good stock. omho Regards, Claude M

RE Investorline, I have contacted them and asked them to make a change re ITE symbol. The trader said he emailed some dept. We'll see. But there is no doubt that the name change has not helped for the moment. Olga edit: in he past, if there is a problem with the website, and this is defintely a legitimate problem, I've found that they will give you the webrate for trading. Make sure you ask for it.

Same problem at TDWaterhouse.....I called in my orders, and was told the problem was the transfer agent not sending them the new CUSIP #...... To top it off the jerk I dealt with yesterday wouldn't give me the Webbroker rate. The guy I dealt with the day before did........Not done with this yet! Al

Dave, I had that same problem with Investorline with CAV when it became TSS (less than a month ago)... They didn't change the symbol for days... then they changed it to TSSGF?? ... then a couple of weeks after the symbol change actually occurred, they FINALLY changed it to TSS. It certainly was frustrating, and isn't acceptable service! At least you are holding a better company than I was... TSS did share rollback and name change, but hasn't done anything since (yet).. I think they will acquire a company and have a nice run... but until then......... I'm stuck in a stock I would have sold for a small profit if I could have done the trade.
