Either that, or the last two days worth of rallies has finally gotten the bast*rds at the fed so scared of runaway equity markets that they're going to announce something drastic like margin requirement changes to slow it down.

Considering the record expansion in margin debt over the last 4 months, most of it in high tech trash, (ie, nasdaq) we could be in for some SERIOUS forced selling if people are suddenly dropped to a maximum 25% margin.
