Keith,

I'm saddened by your recent decision to cease posting, though I fully understand the reasoning behind it. It's a damn shame that the lawyers and our litigious society have put a damper on free and open communication.

I do have a question of a non-CVIA type that I would appreciate your views on. The recent rule changes instituted buy the SEC concerning mergers with shell corporations affected CVIA's plans to bring CVID public through a reverse merger. I assume the problem was because CVID had no operating history / track record (blank check merger). In general, based on your experience with CVID, how do you see the new rule affecting reverse mergers when the company merging with the shell IS a going concern WITH a history of revenues etc.?

In your opinion, will mergers of that type still be possible or are all shell type mergers soon to be a thing of the past?

Paul Stahl

PS: Thanks for all your hard work on behalf of myself and all the other CVIA shareholders.
