PPOD<--------Now at its all time low ( approx $3.62), finally gets the following reccommendation( since the co has no more money and cannot pay anymore banking fees and has no more options...............

By the way wher does US Bancorp disclose if they are long or short and if they are a mrket maker????? They dont!!

Folks ..Maybe it is easier to see that Trusting Wall Street and teh Firms that comprise the NASD and teh NASDAQ system...is actually bad for you and your financial health...You be the judge..

A Class Action has been filed in the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois on behalf of all persons who bought securities
of Peapod Inc. ("PPOD") during the period November 8, 1999 to March 16, 2000
(the "Class Period").
The Complaint charges PPOD and certain of its officers with
misrepresenting its cash funding needs, violating Section 10(b) of the
