Both ENGA and CMGI are down a couple of points. Maybe we see 120 then hopefully we bounce up and onward. I can't even comprehend what the person and lawyer were thinking when they filed such a silly law suit<< You should own stock in Microsoft and then you would really appreciate what frustration is all about with lawsuits and frivolous crap that every Tom, Dick and Harry tries to throw at Msft to extort money. Shareholders have been wanting to punch a lot of people in the jaw for screwing with this company and its stock performance. Frank
