It's a march of thousands, but Rudolph Giuliani and Hillary Rodham Clinton had the spotlight even before the St. Patrick's Day parade. It's a key event for the two U.S. Senate candidates and it's one dominated again by controversy over the Irish Lesbian and Gay Organization. The group was banned from marching under its banner for the 10th time. As has become traditional, some planned to turn around and join the actual parade at the risk of being arrested.
