Guy from the experience that I have had I believe it's the generator type. Sorry I don't know what the odds are but good luck.

Guy, chances are excellent. You will have to make a conditional offer during the specified period and respond to a last-minute AR, but that is a minor inconvenience unless you plan on being away from a computer for an extended period of time. It is not first-come-first-served. It is by random number generator if oversubscribed.

There are always a few shareholders left out but they seem to be in the minority, and usually because of an irregular snafu or something. If ALTA is greatly oversubscribed I see CMGI allocating 50 shares instead of 100. Better than nuthin' I say.
