LPS5, thanks again for your corrections, especially concerning the Nasdaq Small Cap Market uptick or bid test rule. I'm sorry you take it so personally that I'm not going to take the word of an unknown 'net poster who insists he is right. As we see with the case of the Nasdaq Small Cap sometimes those who just declare that they are right are mistaken. If you are really concerned with what I believe, why not cut an past the salient language from Reg T and post a link? You've demonstrated that you don't mind spending time hunting down irrelevant material, so why not prove you're right? As I stated before, I left this subject behind because I really don't care one way or the other. But until someone shows me that I'm wrong, I continue to believe that which I think correct. goldman did not answer the question that I asked. As far as the spelling and grammar thing go, I'm not very concerned about a few petty typos either.

Regards,

Barb
