Hi musicguy, My real time quote say that no trades have occurred today. I don't think it ever says that an OTCBB has been halted. For example my real time quote says , ECNC, which IS halted, was last traded on 3/13. You may have to call someone. When the bid/ask is locked, that is also a way MMs slow down trading, but locked ALL day ??? They're not allowed to do that. Let me know what you find out. Maybe someone on RB knows. If not WCEC, maybe the VDCT board. BTW -- I sold on the news. Regards, Chris
