Let's put this in perspective - BELM was a 1% net margin reseller and now they bought Rorke Data in fiber channel, a private company with modest sales. "Leading edge" is a cliche to throw into a press release.

Catching BELM on a breakout was a nice move. But BELM won't get $150 price tag and valuation unless they dump their old business and go into hyper-drive with FC (which is a very competitive field already).
