This is a speculative investment, there is no question about it. It was speculative when I first invested when this was in the buck range. It is speculative now. However, it is far and away a much better and mature company than it was when I first invested. The alliances that have been built up (including IBM, Sony, HP, et al) are not fly by night operators. Ask yourself --Would IBM, Sony and the others associate themselves in any way with an outfit that will be out of business or is lying about its product or corporate status? ABOVE ALL, EVERYONE NEEDS TO MAKE UP THEIR OWN RESPECTIVE MIND AND DO THEIR OWN DD. KEY - DON'T MAKE A NERVOUS DECISION BECAUSE OF OLD NEWS. DECIDE IF THE FUTURE PAYOFF IS WORTH THE CURRENT RISK.
