what you say is so very true - at QCOM they hire the best talent around and keep hiring the best engineering graduates - that's why NOK and others build facilities here in the USA and adjacent to QCOM - they want to pick off the best talent - remember the rule - the three factors in business success are:
1 - brains
2 - time
3 - access to capital
