Now he is quoting legal fees. Did it take you that long to read the document.

Legal fees are probably as a result of defending and promulgating the patents.

Anyone who follows this company knows that the HUGE POTENTIAL is from their patent position. They have something like 400 patents. You need lawyers for that unfortunately.

Wrong again! Going concern opinions are just that, a concern by the company's independent auditor that things are looking bleak and the business model doesn't work. You lie like a rug. Statistically, there is NO BETTER predictor of BK than the words "going concern."
