By posting legal fees right after a post on bankruptcy, this self-styled kraut villain wishes to give the impression that the fees are for bankruptcy.

Anyone who wants to get the companies statements should visit the Yahoo Club set up by the company.

I'm not saying that one should believe everything there. At least get a balanced presentation.

Then come back here and read all the stuff dredged up which is old news, not having changed from the company's inception.

What's new is alliances, possible MERGERS, probable refinancings (IBM already is providing financing.)

He doesn't mention new contacts in the Middle East and sales in this part of the world so dependent on MILITARY technology. Get the whole picture not just the bashing of a scared short.
