For anyone interested. SunEVision Holdings (8008) did its IPO on the GEM exchange today. Co-Managers on the IPO were Tia Fook and ICEA Capital, which are the same ones taking SEG to an IPO.

The company offered 300 million new shares in an initial public offering in March with 10 percent for public subscription and the balance for private placing. The company received 382,371 valid applications for a total of 6.54 billion shares, equivalent to about 218 times of the 30 million public offer shares.. The private placing part was 55 times subscribed.

The pricing was set between $8.38HK and $10.38HK. It ended up being priced at the high of $10.38HK raising the company over $560 millionUS (WOW)

The company operates new Internet portals, namely Propertystreet.net, insurancestreet.net and an auction site Red-dots.com and also owns a data centre and co-server facility provider.

The company hit a high of $17.45 (70%) and closed at $15.10 on a volume of 170 million shares. Most of the reports I read today call for it to go to $20-30 over the next few days/weeks.

Best Regards
KEITH
