Lake-- I tend to agree with stockahol on this one, despite the reasonable accuracy of quote.com today. I used to follow quote.com, but stopped because it seemed to be way off more often than not....maybe they've redone their system, but if i remember correctly it was a pretty rigorous numbers game that didn't account for what is most important---the intangible buzz and frenzy that develops for an IPO.

Sooo, if CALD ends up opening flat, or up only a few points, I'll take a serious second look at quote.com. If, as I strongly suspect, CALD is smokin', then it will only confirm what I already believe about quote.com --- we shall see.

BTW, linux-related stocks have been struggling of late, but I still think the buzz will be there for this one.

Lake, this is what Quote.com said about some recent IPOs:

Day 1 High
LOUD : 0 $54
NTGX : -1 $59
OTGS : +1 $61

I'd say the stock picking monkey can do better. Even flipping a coin is more accurate. <g>
