sl,

I have a silly theory about this daytrading action in this stock, but daytraders are silly people, IMO, so it seems apropos. This being an NYSE stock, daytraders find it on the NYSE where they've just started to look in earnest for the next breakout play and voila, find SFE. That and money pouring into the Big Board Index funds from overpriced Naz Index funds. Institutions that are forced to buy and chartists discovering the stock. A potent combination that may outweigh the post-split blues. Seeing tech looking relatively strong again today. Volume is still strong. I think we go a bit further before consolidating again. Some bets may be placed on Opus360 soon. Isn't the prospectus hitting the mailboxes now? This is my first strong impulse to sell, too. Experience has shown the second one is the one to heed. When I get it, I'll finally write those juicy calls. Not a very scientific indicator, though.

Cheers, Tuck

"With 75-80% of my entire holdings in SFE, (and pushing toward 90% the way it's been going) I just thought it was prudent to tone it down a bit."

SL,

This is all I had to see to endorse your decision.

Here is hoping you get a window (albeit a small one : ) to get it back cheaper.

Cheers,

Mark

Juat in the interest of accuracy, I noticed that it says 17 years in my post. That was menat to be 10 years -- so I guess I am just a newbie. <VBG> By the way, in the first few years I owned this stock it went absolutely nowhere, and it's just a testament to my laziness that I held on long enough to see it bein it's spectacular run.

>>I almost sold at 120 two years ago, and wish I had. Would have been able to buy in at 60-80 only a month or two later.

I remember that well SL. Was kicking myself for not selling too. Sheesh, are you sure that was two years ago? If it was, man time flies. Maybe you're thinking in terms of internet years? Good luck with your SFE strategy. I'm still holding tight. Darn glad it didn't break $300 today. Would have surely been tempted to hit the sell button on part of my shares. All mine are in a taxable account. As Mike so eloquently put it.....Ouch!

Sorry you missed part of this rally with the shares you sold Mike. Your timing is usually impeccable.

Have a great weekend everyone!
