Wayne, the deal was done in June? 1997 . I never did any first hand research on the matter but someone cut and pasted links to some of the details. MU is a POS -g- mike

If you want documentation on the forced conversion of the 500mm convert, just go back to the 10k. I think the general details have been explained every year since '97. The "scenairo" is just speculation on our part and you will only find it here. At this point we are way beyond the required price level of 87.67 so something more is going on. Like a Jeff Vinick deal? Pump for another offering to keep them afloat? This has always been a tough POS to explain - something like amzn is much easier by comparison. -g-.
