NEWS FLASH - THE BULL MARKET REPORT ADDS B2B HOLDR'S

The Bull Market Report adds the Merrill Lynch B2B Holdr's (BHH) to their
B2B Portfolio. The B2B Holdr's are a basket of 20 companies whose core
competencies lie within the rapidly growing Business-to-Business
e-commerce space.

Business-to-Business e-commerce in its purest form is, by definition, the
value of goods and services purchased via the Internet by business users.
For those who have missed the hype, Business-to-Business Internet commerce
is projected to be $83 billion by next year. As for further down the
road, Forrester research predicts $1.3 trillion a year in
business-to-business e-commerce by 2003, with Goldman Sachs predicting
$1.4 trillion by 2004. This is very big and in fact, these numbers may be
quite low.

This is nothing new -- it has been floating around the public
consciousness for some time now. In fact, B2B has cooled to a degree, in
the markets lately. It changes nothing about the bright future for this
incredibly exciting e-commerce space. We are excited to have the
opportunity to purchase such a diverse, focused basket of stocks in the
B2B sector.

BHH can only be bought in increments of 100 shares, because it is
convertible into the actual shares of the companies, as noted below.

Here are the stocks and their weightings....
