<<By the way, I don't trade options or futures!>>

Dear LG,

I'm sure many can profit from option trading, but having been beat at that game, I would say you are one smart cookie to stay with equity trading.

Each of us must learn and practice our own strengths.
Many companies strengthen through diversification, I do not think the same need apply to traders.

One last note, I believe on a recent update to your charts that were linked here, you included some thoughtful commentary. I enjoyed reading the commentary as much as the charts, and hope you will continue to offer comments to help those of us less expert as chart readers to follow along.

Best wishes always,

David

LG on of the reasons I went into writing options (both put and calls) is exactly the issue you are complaining about ...... price manipulation..... traps etc.

By writing an option especially 2 to 3 weeks before expiration, aside from the stock movement you also have premium depreciation.

I chose this type of trading as I am not to "quick" to pull the trigger and real time quotes or Level II makes it even worse as you see what is going on and you get to many false signals.
