Good old Percarrie the porn peddler? I hope he's making enough selling skin, because he sure lost his shirt on NCDR. I recall him reporting an amazing demonstration of the SAS satellite technology that he saw demonstrated on a boat offshore of Florida. I remember commenting that it would be easy to fake the demonstration that he described, and that boats do tend to have a bit of liquor on board, too. This appears to be a story of various scam artists scamming one another.
