One thing I've noticed with DD stocks, when they pop, it's usually always for two to three days. They're at the bottom of the screens for many investors, so they get a delayed effect. It's usually followed by a small selloff and then another run. Then they crash.

Dave,

That's because their fundamentals haved sucked....at least for as long as I have been trading (a little over 2 years). Thats why they can't sustain any upward momentum for more than 3 days. However I think the pc/semi recovery is finally catching up to them; at least some of them. WDC most likely will be bought out....I think the industry needs some consolidation.

I wanted to buy more MXTR. I fall into the big idiot category on this one. At the end of February it started to run from $7 to $9. I said I wanted it at $8. I put in a good til executed order and it never filled. I didn't watch it (work occasionally interferes with my trading) but it came OH so close so many times. Had I seen it @ $8.25, I would have just bought. I'm sure you know it's over $12 now. I'm pulling another one here, I want it @ $11 or so, then I'll buy. I love this stock over the next few years. I think there is huge potential here again. Very well positioned company.

What's your take on MXTR vs HDD? HDD has the better fundamentals, is making $ and has a smaller float. But is losing market share....probably to MXTR.
