BLUE TELLS IT LIKE IT IS RE GNET: RATING CHANGED
Well we still have no press release or information regarding the GNET shareholders meeting. This is what an information search showed up.
cs.ukc.ac.uk
And then there is YHOO. Now I want you think about the irony of this, GNET owns SI which is in the business of talking about stocks and their news. We have NOTHING from GNET or even the GNET SI people BUT, we do have this messages.yahoo.com
Get your GNET news from YHOO? And this talk of 94 bucks a share for GNET and breaking out on the SI GNET board? That will take some news and IF there is news, today was day to put news out, during market hours on a Friday. If there is not news then don't be surprised to see GNET hit the 50s before 94+.
BTW some thought I was crazy when AOL/TimeWarner went down and I said AOL would hit 50 bucks a share. GNET is a SHOW ME company now to me, enough talk of TV set tops and broadband. Others are working hard at this too.
I've seen what Bryan and Bob have done for SI and I now will be looking at the rest of the company. I look at products and people. That IS what a company is.
The only shares of GNET I own now are counted in the hundreds not thousands and they are all free riders, split shares, I didn't pay for them.
SHOW ME GNET. Enough talk about what is going to happen. I really thought Russell and Paul Allen would announce they bought ELNK today or did something smart like that. I had money waiting because I thought they would do something like that, they didn't.
They don't move like GNET any longer, they move like a big old corporation and some of the corporations they will be playing with, really know how to play the game.
GNET is where YHOO was in 97? That's nice but this is 2000.
I do still own GNET but won't add to people's pay checks who are in the harassment business (the way SI is run by Bryan and Bob).
GNET gets a new rating from BLUE. It is no longer rated a BUY, it is now rated a HOLD. I've lost faith in GNET and any company that allows an old friend to be harassed, well they are not that smart to begin with.
And the MinnowwouldbelostCHTR isn't what you call a cash cow now is it? Unless these people come up with some real news and soon, I think we can get these stocks cheaper than they are now. Will GNET/Broadband happen one day? Sure. But this is business, I'll see you then.
GNET is where YHOO was in 97? Well this is 2000 and the top are YHOO, AOL and MSFT so it doesn't matter where GNET may be in the time machine, they are not even in the top ten today (where most ad dollars are spent). GNET is not where YHOO is today and they will not be there tomorrow.
You are welcome Bob and Bryan and you too Russell for having employees who won't do their jobs (not allow members to be harassed).
