Thx, Truthseeker. I only glanced CNLG 1-2 months ago and kept it on my radar screen, feeling I had missed getting in early & wanting to buy when it settled down. Then a few more announcements, yet it didn't have a total breakout - i felt it would be one of those ones that would break out on a day when I was too busy to look at the market during mkt hrs.

What interested me, actually, was the DSP technology. Fiber optics on top was great. Then came the electric utility (from other research I've done), so I've kept it on my radar screen.

Thank God I didn't buy the thing. Seems strange by why own stock in a co under both a invidual name and a corporate entity? Then the former chop-house broker aspect. I want no part of this company.

Thanks - removed from my radar screen.
