I have absolutely no interest in investing in NMGC ever again! I just thought the restructuring would be interesting to hear about, that's all.

Yep, it just goes to show you how hopeless the situation is in NMGC. Something that has been painfully obvious since the last CC.

NeoMagic CFO Merle McClendon resigns

SANTA CLARA, Calif, March 17 (Reuters) - NeoMagic Corp., which makes multimedia accelerators for notebook PCs, said Friday its chief financial officer Merle McClendon has resigned to pursue other interests.

The company said that an outside financial consultant Douglas Gans will serve as interim CFO.

NeoMagic shares closed up 2/32 at 5-15/32 on Friday.
