Stave I agree with you. BTW,I think by mid May NN will be in 45+ range anyway. We have to remember however, that ALA is not buying NN just to save it. They know very well what precious technology they are buying and lots of great technology they will get from affiliates. I would like remind everybody about Extreme Packets, which was bought by leader PMCS Sierra for almost 500 mil. US. This one year old company was bought b/c OC-192+ fabrics which nobody else have and E.packet(Terry) made it for NN 50/450 gig. Why CSCO and LU do not have OC-192 in their switch-router products..... Also I see lots of trust given by ALA to Pearse Flynn to run all N.American operations independently from Eu, as far as structure is concerned. Have a Good Weekend Zbyslaw
