I just called the "Dallas Memory International" that claimed to have PIII-850. They are out of stock and have a backlog. Asked when they will get the chips, they told me to call them next week. By the way, I have never heard of this shop since I live in the same area. Let's see if pricewatch lists more credible sources.

After jumping from 800 to 1000Mhz I'm surprised Intel didn't have a hopping instead of a stepping...
