elmer writes puts and I sell calls from time to time, and we like it when they expire worthless.

WRONG!!!

It just show the house wins. Usually 90% expire worthless.

Thats says it's usually a pretty good idea to write them.

In fact the option buyers only win big if the stock make a big move.
