CCCZ my honest opinion....it's a shell looking for something, just like all the rest of the shells. I wanted more, before it moved up.......I wanted it at .05 or less.

It's just pure speculation that drove it up, along with many others.

To decide what a reporting shell is really worth, figure out the market cap, and take into account any cash, securities, other holdings, tax credits, etc.

There are others that know this stuff better than I but I think you can figure on a clean reporting shell, with nothing in it, to be worth somewhere between $250 and $500K, but as the # of available shells becomes smaller, that goes up.

Someone correct me if my numbers are too far out..
