Mike, The great part of this Thread is that we seem to have people who are both interested in SanDisk long-term and who are resourceful and knowledgeable in many areas. Thanks for your clarification of likely outcomes from today's proceedings and for spending time (and money) to get information as it becomes public. Once you have worn out your welcome at the courthouse feel free to pass of the baton to one of us. Assertiveness has never been one of my strong points, but I would be happy to be the squeaky wheel for a while. FWIW, I have resigned myself to the fact that this Lexar monkey business can go on at least until this Fall before anything material or concrete is decided. That way I don't set myself up for disappointment. In the meantime we have Q1 earnings to look forward to. Best, Aus
