Why not? As I read it, even if he flips the bird to rmbs/intc, the worst that could happen to MU is:

1) first MU stock would have to tank below $31.65 for a period prior to each milestone date before intc can do anything about asking for more; then,

2) Mu would have to issue no more in stock to intc than either:
....a) $150mm of common; or,
....b) the original 15.8mm in rights (common) originally issued.

Mu would have to be trading slightly sub 10 bucks for 2. b. to happen and they would be having much bigger problems than not doing RMBS stuff for INTC.
