Kendall, I think word of the lawsuit by ESIO was being leaked as early as last week. It looks pretty meaningless to me. I wonder if ESIO is trying to keep GSLIs market cap down to:

A) Prevent them from making any purchases with a strong currency (stock) in the bloated optical arena.

B) Buy GSLI outright.

A well-timed news release containing a positive reference to the optical sector or their genomics hardware would, in my opinion, set this one on fire again.
