These comments out of South Africa are quite odd. At the September analysts meeting, Tony Navarro assured us all that they indeed were licensed to operate in South Africa. There were no issues. Blah, blah, blah.......... I'll back anyone who calls for the whole upper layer of management to be replaced. Terry Hart is an exception. He can stay. The board can go. Schwartz's exceptional track record came to a screeching halt in 1996. If he falters, so does everyone else--they make no moves without his approval. Time for a change.
