I believe it. I've never used their services or had an account with them, but I've spoken with Steve on a number of occasions and both he and his firm have always impressed me. Like I said, direct access is better than sliced bread, but when those times arise...nothing beats working an order through a trader you know and trust. I wouldn't give it up for anything.
